I know what you are probably thinking, ya right, this does not work. Well, first you need to have an open mind and give it a try. If you go into it thinking that it won’t work, then chances are it won’t!
In order to do this exercise to release stress, you need to gently press the center of your right palm with your thumb and start rotating your thumb counter- clockwise. Continue gently pressing the palm of your hand, and rotating your thumb for a minute or two. Repeat on your other palm.
