Working out does NOT require you to purchase workout clothes. Heck no! Today, just about everyone is trying to save a buck or two. Why not make your own workout tank top from an old t-shirt that you never wear anymore. You don’t need any special skills to create this amazing tank top.
You will need:
An old t-shirt
Needle and thread
Step 1: Cut away the neck and sleeves from your old t-shirt using your scissors. When cutting away the sleeves, start at the shoulder and cut straight down the side of the t-shirt, and curve at the bottom. Cut the neck larger than you normally would as you need to leave room to create the back of the tank top.
Step 2: Clean up all edges using your scissors.
Step 3: Cut a strip of fabric from the shoulders that you cut off the t-shirt.
Step 4: Turn the over the tank top and scrunch the back together with your hands.
Step 5: Secure the back of the tank top by sewing the strip of fabric around the area you scrunched.
