Do you often find yourself sitting in front of your computer looking at graphics, whether they are funny or serious? One of my favorite pastimes is doing exactly this. When I’m in a bad mood, I like to look up graphics with funny sayings and so on. The graphic shown in this article “The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Do you understand?” Really makes a person think about the words.
How many of us have issues in our day-to-day life? Some of our issues may be bigger than others, but that does not mean that one person’s problem is less important than another’s. Today’s economy is tough, and many people are struggling just to put food on the table and keep a roof over their head.
The whole point to this graphic isn’t truly the problem that you face, but it’s your attitude about the problem. If you face your problems head-on with a good attitude, then chances are you will find ways to solve them. Not only that, but you will alleviate stress, which can hinder your overall health.
So next time you think about a problem, don’t focus solely on the issue at hand but focus on your attitude and how you are going to overcome your problem.
